Roles and Responsibility

Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by performing various administrative tasks as required.
