Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice - Housekeeping in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of quality.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is desirable.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
