Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Front Office professional in Santacruz. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to client needs.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
