Job Description

  1. Study the inquiry/ client requirement about process and mechanical s pecifications, guarantee requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  2. Give adequate inputs to Electrical & Instrumentation, civil, and LSTK sources for their technical offer and costs.
  3. Review & compile exceptions to client specifications.
  4. Perform process calculation for equipment selection & design.
  5. Prepare technical datasheets & drawings for proposals & turnover packages.
  6. Send out inquiries to vendors to obtain price quotations
  7. Prepare BOQ of piping and valves and other mechanical items and compiling costing of proposed system.
  8. Respond to technical questions from clients about proposals, budgets & estimates.
  9. Prepare turnover package if job is awarded to the company
  10. Prepare a budget for any jobs awarded to the company
  11. Resolving budget conflicts on awarded jobs.
  12. Attending various pre and post order meetings with customer which may include domestic and international travel.
  13. Attending to post order process documentation based on requirements of the contract.
  14. Collect information from vendors regarding new equipment / technologies.
  15. Working in close co-ordination with sales group for offer and cost compilation and submission.
  16. Involve in searching and evaluation of new technologies and also work in close co-ordination with waste water and ICD group.
