Job Description

As a Customer Engineer at Lutron's Global Service & Experience Center in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for solution providers, designers, architects, and customer-facing professionals. You will also provide hands-on demonstrations of Lutron Systems, design certification programs, and be a technical expert on Lutron solutions. Additionally, you will gather feedback, update training content, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and conduct training sessions and content for solution providers, designers, architects, and customer-facing professionals. - Provide hands-on demonstrations and explain technical and functional details of Lutron Systems. - Design and administer certification programs for Lutron Solution providers. - Own the Customer Experience infrastructure and walkthrough at Lutron Gurgaon Office. - Be a technical expert on Lutron solutions and offer support to stakeholders. - Update training content to reflect new products and industry standards. - Gather feedback and enhance training materials based on input and trends. - Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and solution providers. - Assist the sales team with technical training and presentations. Qualifications: - Engineering Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or similar field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or a minimum percentage of 60%. - 5-7 years of experience in Lighting control Solution, Architecture, Interior Design, or Lighting Design. - Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate effectively with Indian and Overseas stakeholders. - Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel up to 70% within Pan-India, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Middle East, and South East Asia. Desired Skills: - Technical proficiency in lighting design, lighting control solutions, and automated shades solutions. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs. - Clear verbal and written communication skills. - Effective and engaging solution demonstrations. - Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships. - Analytical skills for problem-solving. - Project management skills for coordinating multiple training sessions. - Adaptability to update content based on feedback and new technologies. - Providing technical training to support sales efforts. - Designing and administering certification programs. - Creating and updating training materials. - Tailoring training to meet specific client needs.
