To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and have at least 3-5 years of experience in training, instruction, or client-facing learning roles. Supervisory or team lead experience is preferred, and experience delivering training to external clients is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and scheduling systems.
