Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will possess very good communication skills with experience in handling clients. You will have a strong background in production support projects and processes, enabling you to effectively understand ticket requirements and take corrective actions while being able to push back when necessary. Your ability to work independently as an individual contributor will be crucial in this role. Moreover, you will be well-versed in production support-related roles and responsibilities, demonstrating a willingness to take ownership of application level 3 support activities. Familiarity with production support specific tools such as Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Logic Monitor, Grafana, Datadog, and Issue tracking tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, you should have experience working with knowledge base tools like Confluence or any repository, and possess technical skills including SQL, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with programming languages. Any previous experience in the Insurance domain would be considered a plus for this role.,
