Job Title: Application Support Analyst (L1/L2)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Shift: Flexible (On-call rotation required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Support Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in L1/L2 production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in batch monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting across various platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L1/L2 application production support
for business-critical applications.
Monitor and manage
batch processes
using tools like
AppDynamics, Autosys, Big Panda, and Splunk
.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application operations.
Participate in
on-call rotation
and support during non-business hours as needed.
Maintain and update incident records using
ServiceNow
.
Follow ITIL processes including
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
.

Technical Skills Required:

Monitoring Tools:
AppDynamics, Autosys, Big Panda, Splunk
Operating Systems:
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
Databases:
Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB
Reporting Tools:
ServiceNow
Process Knowledge:
ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible towards shift timings and on-call support.
