As an IT Application Lead at ReNew, you will play a crucial role in managing the Application Landscape. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions. You will be involved in resource planning, developing team skill matrices, and managing team workloads efficiently. Leading and managing a team of IT professionals will be a key part of your role, where you will mentor, guide, and coach direct reports to enhance their capabilities and foster management depth within the organization.
