We have helped prevent 0.5% of India’s total carbon emissions and 1.1% of India’s total power sector emissions, in addition to generating around 130,000 jobs over the past decade Job Description Lead and manage regulatory affairs specific to the Renewable Energy sector in Maharashtra.Formulate and implement advocacy strategies to influence state-level policy frameworks in favor of business interests.Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, bureaucrats, policy influencers, and industry associations.Track, analyze, and interpret evolving regulations and policy developments in areas such as:Maharashtra Renewable Energy PolicyIndustrial Policy and Green Hydrogen PolicyPumped Storage PolicyOpen Access Regulations and related frameworksRepresent the organization at industry forums, regulatory consultations, and policy discussions to advocate sectoral priorities.Prepare and deliver comprehensive regulatory submissions, policy briefs, position papers, and internal strategy presentations.Work cross-functionally with legal, technical, and business teams to assess regulatory impacts and ensure compliance.Identify emerging regulatory risks and opportunities at both the state and central levels and proactively recommend actionable strategies.
