Summary: -Infrastructure lead is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of IT Infrastructure and Operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise systems. The position demands a balance of technical expertise, operational excellence, and people management skills to deliver seamless IT services that align with business objectives and compliance standards. -In this role, the Infrastructure Lead oversees and advances infrastructure management efforts, focusing on the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of IT operations, automation initiatives, and innovation hub technologies. -A key focus of the role is Operations and Service Delivery, where the Infrastructure lead ensures strict adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and ITIL-based processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management. The role requires leading root cause analyses (RCA) for high-impact incidents, coordinating with respective team, and implementing preventive measures to strengthen system resilience. Performance metrics such as system uptime, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and automation ROI are closely tracked to drive continuous improvement. -Infrastructure lead is also accountable for Team Leadership and Development, fostering a high-performance culture within the infrastructure teams. This includes defining clear performance goals, conducting regular reviews, mentoring team members, and promoting skill development through structured training and certifications. The emphasis is on empowering teams to deliver superior service quality, enhance collaboration, and adopt a mindset of continuous learning and innovation. -Security and Compliance are critical dimensions of this role. The Infrastructure lead enforces infrastructure security best practices, aligns operations with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and ITIL frameworks, and ensures readiness for internal and external audits. The role also supports Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and execution, mitigating potential risks to operations. -Driving automation and cost optimization is another strategic priority. The IT Lead identifies opportunities to automate repetitive processes, integrate monitoring tools, and improve efficiency, reduce operational overheads, and ensure optimal resource utilization. -As the primary point of contact for all infrastructure-related escalations and projects, the IT Lead engages with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align IT infrastructure -Strategy with organizational goals. This includes preparing and presenting performance dashboards, risk assessments, and improvement plans to senior leadership while maintaining strong relationships with partners and business teams. -A strategic approach to driving innovation through advanced technology initiatives—covering the full lifecycle from planning and design to development and successful go-live - This includes creating forward-thinking solutions within a innovation hub that fosters creativity, technical excellence, and real impact. -Drive impactful results by leading the development and implementation of strategies that enhance employee experience. -Collaborate closely with the project management team to effectively drive key initiatives -Lead and drive Generative AI initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing strategic solutions, and implementing advanced AI technologies to enhance business processes, boost productivity, and deliver transformative outcomes across the organization - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement corrective actions. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and service delivery models. - Drive capital & Opex Infra & Advanced technology requirement / solutions. - GMC, GLC & Senior Leadership top notch support - Drive Team Capability development & proficiency - Strong Business stakeholders connect & drive employee experience programs - Strong communications skill - Mandatory work from office & flexible working hours to 24/7 business demands Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Any Graduate education is required.
