Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and application expertise to customers, sales teams, and distributors for healthcare products or systems.
• Assist in product installation, configuration, calibration, and validation at healthcare facilities.
• Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals and technical users.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to customize and optimize applications based on user feedback and clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or connectivity in healthcare environments.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparing technical documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Analyze data and provide insights for performance improvement and usability enhancement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations, test results, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on latest healthcare technologies and trends to support product innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or field service in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare technologies (imaging, diagnostics, lab automation, or health IT systems).
• Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and user training for healthcare applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and healthcare facilities.
