Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell the company’s healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

* Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and develop strong customer networks.

* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

* Maintain regular follow-up with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.

* Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

* Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market intelligence data.

* Support in organizing medical camps and exhibitions.

* Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, service support) to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales service.

* Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.

* Good knowledge of medical products, healthcare industry practices, and sales techniques.

* Ability to understand technical/clinical details and explain them clearly.

* Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or Business Administration (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/medical device/pharma sales (freshers with high aptitude and strong interest in healthcare sales may also apply).

* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.

Work Environment

* Field-based role with frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

* Flexible working hours depending on client schedules and hospital visits.
