Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling.
* Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
* Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
