What You'll Do At Pega

Actively participate in design and development of applications. Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality, and support for goals using scaled agile methodology.
Collaborate with product management to align product goals with software deliverables
Take ownership of the components/tasks and make sure they are delivered with great quality.
Develop and execute unit test cases to test your work
Resolve customer issues through technical guidance or by issuing formal fixes

Who You Are

You are a Software Developer who is passionate about software development, and strive to find simple, elegant solutions to complex real-world business problems.
You are a proven performer who is driven by code quality, cleanliness, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
You are passionate about learning new technologies and are interested in utilizing the power of model-driven development to architect and implement low-code enterprise applications.
You enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and teamwork.
You possess strong communication and inter-personal skills and thrive in a robust environment that imposes new challenges frequently.

What You've Accomplished

2- 4 years of Java development experience in analysis, design and application deployment of Enterprise application systems.
Exposure to integration technologies like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML is desired
Familiarity with business processes in financial industry related to key solution areas is preferable
