Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on the admission processes and entrance examination requirements of overseas universities.
  • Prepare and submit online/paper applications to international universities on behalf of students.
  • Follow up on pending documents, application statuses, and conditional/unconditional offers.
  • Address queries from branches and associates through emails and calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with branches and associates.
  • Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars organized by the company.
  • Assist students throughout the application process for universities in the Ireland, Australia, Europe and other countries.
  • Coordinate with branches and associates regarding pending documents, fee payments, and application updates.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate

    in any discipline; specialization in Education, International Business, or related fields is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience

    in overseas education counselling, admissions, or application processing (freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered).
  • Strong understanding of

    international university admission processes

    , application requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    for effective coordination with students, branches, and associates.
  • Ability to manage

    multiple applications

    and follow up on documents and offers efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records of applications and follow-ups.
  • Ability to build and maintain

    positive relationships

    with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to participate confidently in

    education fairs, university visits, and seminars
