Job Title: App Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced App Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, and have a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns that enhance our customer journey and app growth.


Roles & Responsibilities 

- Develop and Execute App Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement app marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Performance Marketing: Manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms to achieve user acquisition targets.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze app performance metrics (installs, active users, churn rate, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- User Engagement and Retention: Collaborate with product and content teams to create engaging in-app content and push notifications to improve user retention.

- Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize end-to-end campaign performance, including creative development, A/B testing, budget management, and ROI analysis.

- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with relevant partners and platforms to expand app reach and visibility.

- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

- Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance user experience and advocacy through reviews, ratings, and community management.


Qualifications

- Education:

/

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on app marketing in the financial services or related industry.

- Skills:

  - Strong knowledge of mobile marketing channels, tools, and trends.

  - Proficiency in performance marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mixpanel etc.

  - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Personality Traits: Results-oriented, innovative, and a team player with a passion for marketing and technology.
