Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including bulk and field hiring.
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet high-volume staffing requirements.
Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, social media, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and applications, schedule and conduct initial interviews.
Organize and manage mass recruitment drives across various locations.
Coordinate interview processes and candidate communication.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports on progress and metrics.
Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Desired Profile: Bachelor's degree preferred.0-4 years of relevant recruitment experience, especially in mass hiring/field roles. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Experience: 0-4 years (Bulk/Field Recruitment Mandatory).
