Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with the sales team, manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information. You will play a crucial role in analyzing week-on-week tasks of the sales team to ensure timely execution of activities such as customer follow-up, proposal sending, and POC movement. Additionally, responding to customer requests, providing sales support, and collaborating with other departments will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. - Analyzing week-on-week tasks of the sales team and ensuring timely execution of activities like customer follow-up, proposal sending, and POC movement. - Responding to customer requests and providing sales support when required. - Collaborating with other departments. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. - Excellent Excel skills. - Proficiency in English. - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A team player with a high level of dedication. - Presentation skills and ability to write reports and proposals. Please note that this role specifically targets a Female candidate and is based in Mumbai. The salary range for this position is 6 LPA, and the notice period required is immediate to 30 days.,
