We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our business requirements, financial goals, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a creative sourcer, a meticulous process manager, and an excellent communicator who can navigate a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand departmental needs and implement a clearly defined talent acquisition strategy that meets our business objectives.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting thorough pre-screens (phone/video interviews), coordinating technical assessments, and managing the offer negotiation process.

Pipeline Development: Proactively develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants for critical and recurring roles to minimize time-to-hire when new openings occur.

Creative Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networking events, job portals, and internal referrals, to engage both active and passive candidates.

Process Efficiency & Compliance: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) [Insert ATS Name if known, e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo] and other recruiting software to manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure a seamless, efficient, and compliant recruiting process.

Market Insight & Best Practices: Stay abreast of current trends and best practices within the recruiting industry through proactive market research. Share insights, competitive intelligence, and process improvements with the broader HR team to continuously refine our approach.
You will be working closely with –
Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to identify and recruit top talent for our Center of Excellence business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition for Finance and HR related roles
- Experience recruiting for finance / HR related roles like AP, AR, FP&A, O2C, RTR, HR Coordinator, TA Coordinator, Hire to Retire, HR Ops etc.
- Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing tools.

Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
