Responsibilities

Knowledge of Invoice Processing in VIMBasic accounting knowledgeKnowledge of ExcelAbility to verify the invoices comply with Standard policies and procedures.Responsible Processing prepayments and follow up on prepaid invoicesAbility to Handle statements and vendor inquiries including vendor reconciliationsAbility to Assist AP Subledger close and other month end activities; Month End activitiesAbility to Identify invoice and purchase order discrepancies and offers solutionsEnsure monthly checklists are completed by the month end and signed off by Senior Accountant.Assisting with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely processing of invoices in the system.Ability to Follow up on match exceptions and coordinating with BusinessAbility to Follow up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on holdResponsible to check GRIR(Goods Receipt is there then Invoice has to be there else the liability will increase ; if duplicate or erroneously created then it has to be deleted; are open PO's..Knowledge of Accounts Payable operationsReview and update SOP and work as SME for team members

Experience

Qualifications :

• SAP experience must to have
