Role Description
We're looking for talented Analysts (2-5 yrs) to join our
Gurugram team.
ERM—Operations Testing: Operations Risk, Control Testing, and Banking/Financial Services expertise
If you're passionate about risk, governance, and controls, this is your chance to grow with us.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or relatec discipline.
Experience in Operations Risk, Audit, or Control Testing in Banking/Financial Services.
Knowledge of Branch Operations, Payments (ACH/Wires), GTS, FX, or related operations.
Strong understanding of RCSA frameworks. operational risk, and internal control concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with GRC tools is an advantage.
ERM ITGC Testing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or ITGC Test
Strong understanding of IT Governance, Security and Risk Management concepts
Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, SOX, SOC1/2 preferred
