Job Description

Coordinate employee/visitor needs prior to arrival and communicate changes to the team.
Welcome and register guests in accordance with building/security procedures.
Act as a Culture Carrier per Global Amenity Services brand standards.
Build relationships with colleagues, meeting planners, and building personnel.
Provide on-the-spot feedback for customer complaints and handle escalations.
Stay informed about building events and meetings in Amenity spaces.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the visitor registration system.
Adhere to operational standards for guests and employees.
Be the first point of contact for general inquiries via telephone and email.
Maintain a clean and clutter-free reception area.
Provide weekly/monthly reports, MIS, and guest history.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years experience in a high-end reception or management role.
Neat appearance and ability to present a polished image.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of EMS booking system
Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers).
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Ability to contribute positively as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible shifts covering Lobby Reception hours and locations.
