Job Description

As an Analyst - ICB Business Management at Barclays within Investment Banking, you play a critical role in supporting the success of the business. You will work closely with business leadership, functions, and product partners to deliver the operating infrastructure for International Corporate Banking. Your responsibilities include producing strategy presentations, performance reviews, competitor benchmarking, and optimizing internal databases to facilitate internal KPI reviews. You will collaborate with counterparts in other regions and products to deliver innovative and accurate results efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the origination of strategy focusing on management, regulatory impact, and business strategy. - Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings and communications. - Develop dashboards and MIS reports analyzing various metrics. - Support sales teams with tools like CRM Salesforce, Tableau, and Business Objects. - Create client briefs and marketing materials. - Produce headcount reports and ad-hoc productivity analysis. - Establish and maintain databases for competitive analysis. - Provide competitor analysis landscapes for senior management meetings. - Analyze business performance metrics and create scorecards. - Drive optimization and automation of databases and reports. - Support MI preparation for Client Return Forums. - Manage tiering & Loan-To-Book data and report management. - Prepare Wholesale Lending book and ICB lending progress MI. **Qualifications Required:** - Organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. - MBA or Masters Degree in Finance preferred. - Experience in consulting, strategy, or business management roles. - Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services. This role will be based at DLF Downtown in Gurugram.
