Delivering support in the Capita FM arena for both Projects and BAUTo manage the service delivery contractors in your building(s)To ensure that efficient data is captured in relation to QSM, and SLAs as requiredMeet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous mannerTo ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to, at all timesEnsure that any customer complaints are promptly dealt with, and action taken to prevent reoccurrenceManage and assist with meeting / conference room bookingsProvide assistance with internal and external events where necessaryTo assist in all administrative team tasks and additional support services where applicable liaising with hospitality, cleaning, mailroom teamsRaise purchase orders where requiredEquipment and Fleet management at all properties
