Web UI/UX Designer—Analyst—Hyderabad

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative design professional who is passionate about design thinking, has a flair for problem solving, and can translate business priorities into compelling visual compositions. You will play a key role in developing marketing and related design assets, such as collaterals for web and digital media.

Work you’ll do

• Consulting with clients to understand their expectations
• Creating unique layouts to provide the best user experience
• Developing personas and usage scenarios to meet marketing requirements
• Working closely with developers to seamlessly integrate designs into interactives
• Undertaking initial testing based on quality standards
• Creating wireframes and screen flows
• Creating product prototypes

The team

The Government and Public Services (GPS) team provides solutions in support of market positioning and acquisition activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. Strategic Marketing Planners (SMPs) are key marketing professionals in the Marketing and Communications team at Deloitte who convert business needs into powerful marketing strategies and impactful campaigns. The India team provides efficient, flexible, quality support to SMPs through innovative solutions that facilitate strategic decision making and work in collaboration with the US stakeholders in campaigns/activations, competitive intelligence support.

Qualifications

Required skills:

• Hands-on experience with Figma, with additional proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant industry-standard applications, is good to have
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Hands-on experience working with design systems ⁠
• A user-centric mindset with a creative and analytical approach
• Experience of working with MS Office Suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint presentations)
• Degree in Web design/User experience design/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or commensurate experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences ⁠
• Should have working knowledge of different kinds of charts, graphs, and data representational techniques

Preferred skills:

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Good team player and have demonstrated flexibility in varied crisis situations

Work experience

1-3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
