Analyst - FP&A

Key Responsibilities: - Drive mission-critical financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering activities. - Lead financial close and reporting processes in collaboration with business, commercial, and accounting teams. - Ensure accuracy in revenue recognition, expense reporting, capex, and cash reporting by closely working with commercial and accounting teams to ensure data is accurately captured and reported according to set guidelines. - Track variances from operating plans and forecasts by reviewing monthly close financial statements with the accounting team and business partners. - Ensure high-quality operating plans and forecasts, minimizing variances of actuals from plan, and keeping stakeholders updated on any gaps versus expected forecasts. - Support the FP&A organization through end-to-end finance transformation, driving standardization and automation of reporting across the organization. Qualifications: - Masters degree in accounting/finance, CA, or equivalent professional qualification required. - 2-4 years of Finance/FP&A/accounting/reporting experience across revenue, expense, cash, or capex. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus. - Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI. - Strong fundamentals in financial accounting and analytical ability. - Strong work ethic, self-motivated work style, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. - Ability to organize multiple responsibilities and deliver results accurately and timely while adapting to changes in priorities. - Ability to influence and strategically partner with individuals of various educational and technical backgrounds, both internally and externally. - Ability to business partner and communicate effectively and articulately with non-finance stakeholders.,
