SUMMARY Job Opening: AML/KYC Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6+ years relevent ( 2+ year As a onpaper team lead) Job Role: We are seeking an AML Compliance Specialist to conduct quality control reviews in support of AML compliance services, focusing on AML legislation/regulation, guidance, and US AML/KYC processes and procedures. Job Skills/Experience: Minimum 6+ years Exposure and Experience in working on complex AML/ KYC cases Customer Due Diligence, Account activity reviews, KYC On-boarding for individuals and entities, suspicious activity monitoring and surveillance, economic sanctions, politically exposed person monitoring etc. Coordinate with counterparts on customer/client onboarding and approvals across multiple functions/Units For eg: Front office, compliance team, AML middle office, Operations, Legal and Tax in a high pressure /time sensitive environment Undertake renewal of due diligence on existing clients/counter parties to ensure identifications of changes in risk profile, including reputation and operational risk factors Monitor implementation of AML related audit recommendations which can be from internal/External auditors, regulators. Participate in design and testing of enhancement to client due diligence database, Reports and systems. Interacting with Onsite controllers on various operational issues. Setting up new AML/KYC Procedures, operationalizing with the Business, providing quality assurance and Establishing a Transparent Metrics Process Provide Ongoing KYC Due Diligence Support for Periodic Reviews and Event Based Reviews Help optimize the Client Onboarding Experience with a Focus on Minimal Touch Points while Satisfying Regulatory Requirements and Internal AML/KYC Procedures Help to gather metrics from various business partners and share regular, transparent MI Reporting to all Stakeholder Understanding of the applicable regulatory landscape and regulatory bodies across geographies Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a proficiency in managing the time in an efficient manner Highly motivated and active individual who will be able to encourage other members Sound at MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Good oral and written communication skills Immediate joiner needed max 30 days.
