Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in AMC of Electrical Panels, Switchgear & Transformers

Role Overview:

Advance Panels & Switchgear Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic AMC Manager to lead its Annual Maintenance Contract operations. The role demands strong technical expertise in AMC of electrical panels, switchgear, and transformers, with proven leadership to manage teams, control costs, and deliver excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise AMC activities – inspections, preventive & corrective maintenance.Prepare & analyze quotations, cost evaluations, and budgets.Manage and mentor engineers, technicians & contractors.Maintain client relationships with timely service and issue resolution.Generate service reports, dashboards & performance reviews.Ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency during site operations.Conduct training sessions to improve field performance.Regular travel to project sites for audits & supervision.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in AMC of electrical panels, switchgear & transformers.Strong technical, troubleshooting & maintenance knowledge.Leadership & team management skills.Cost analysis & budget optimization abilities.Excellent communication & client-handling skills.Proficiency in MS Office, ERP & reporting tools.Willingness to travel extensively.
