AMC Manager

As an AMC Manager at Advance Panels & Switchgear Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading the Annual Maintenance Contract operations for electrical panels, switchgear, and transformers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising AMC activities such as inspections, preventive & corrective maintenance. - Preparing & analyzing quotations, cost evaluations, and budgets. - Managing and mentoring engineers, technicians & contractors. - Maintaining client relationships by providing timely service and resolving issues promptly. - Generating service reports, dashboards & performance reviews. - Ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency during site operations. - Conducting training sessions to enhance field performance. - Regularly traveling to project sites for audits & supervision. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Expertise in AMC of electrical panels, switchgear & transformers. - Strong technical, troubleshooting & maintenance knowledge. - Leadership & team management skills. - Cost analysis & budget optimization abilities. - Excellent communication & client-handling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP & reporting tools. - Willingness to travel extensively.
