Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Amazon strategic business plan for Shark Ninja, including forecast and achievement of revenue, profit, Market share, and traffic generation objectives.
  • Lead and drive strategic relations with the AMZ category, OOC teams.
  • Identify and execute GTM strategy for AMZ India business for SharkNinjashark ninja which includes setting up FBA / FBM sales model.
  • Appoint online sellers to meet revenue objectives and drive availability for DMDC portfolio.
  • Drive SharkNinja’s strategy to optimize product ranking, conversion rate, and customer experience through active daily performance management.
  • Lead annual and quarterly joint business planning (JBP) with Amazon, including assortment, pricing, AMS investments, and merchandising execution.
  • Collaborate closely across teams—brand/media, content, supply chain, operations, demand planning, and finance—to deliver flawless in-stock, forecast accuracy, and promotional execution.
  • Develop and deploy robust AMS strategies across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Storefront to maximize visibility, traffic, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyse, report, and communicate core KPIs weekly/monthly: sales growth, profit, ROI of AMS, share of voice, buy box win %, conversion rates, traffic, organic ranking, and inventory health.
  • Negotiate with Amazon on pricing, terms, promotional packages (Lightning Deals, Coupons), and new programs to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct regular market/competitor analysis—track pricing, content, reviews, and trends—to develop recommendations for growth and problem-solving.
  • Oversee launches of new products and seasonal campaigns, creating action plans with measurable success criteria.
  • Ensure exceptional execution of Brand Stores, A+ Content, SEO optimization, and retail media activations within Amazon’s ecosystem.
AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) Focus
  • Work with the agency & internal teams to develop, optimize, and manage AMS campaigns—setting goals, tracking spends, adjusting strategies for maximum ROAS and traffic uplift.
  • Analyse AMS performance weekly, presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with media/digital teams to ensure alignment between organic content and paid AMS activations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/master’s in marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 8+ years senior key account or eCommerce management, with expert Amazon and AMS experience.
  • Advanced analytics skills—strong Excel, Power point, Reporting, and Performance management skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and strategic leadership in a fast-paced commercial environment.
