Job Description

As a Screening Proposals AM / DM, your primary responsibility will be to prepare technical and commercial proposals for Screening solutions within the EAST region under SCB. You will support the SCB EAST Sales support tier 1 and 2 teams, as well as the Capital Sales teams, by handling enquiries from MA sales individuals and Sales Force RFQs. Your objective will be to produce high-quality, competitive proposals that are submitted on time with accurate cost estimates to facilitate successful project sales and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Implement established Proposals processes and templates within the EAST region to enhance and expedite the proposals process - Review RFQs from Metso Group Sales representatives or SCB teams, coordinate with various teams to establish equipment selection and specifications - Act as the central interface in communication with sales during the bidding stage - Coordinate supply options with SCB Operations teams across the EAST region - Prepare cost calculations for offered equipment scope based on data provided by the SCB operations team - Maintain and update the final quotation document, including collecting required attachments such as deviations from client requests, data sheets, drawings, spare parts, services, etc. - Obtain MA legal advice and approval for tender and proposal documents - Prepare bid approval documentation for approval by the management team - Submit approved quotations to Sales and follow up on questions and clarifications - Maintain and update draft Proposal documents and document library for selected equipment - Attend internal/external meetings as required and support Sales during the sales and project clarification process - Review draft orders and order documents for deviations from the submitted firm proposal and report deviations to Sales or the proposal manager - Organize internal Handover meetings with the SCB team and project manager after an order has been accepted Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mining, or equivalent - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, Proposals Management, or Product Support for large project activities - Ability to interpret data accurately and experience dealing with complex tender bids and documentation - Experience with Vibrating equipment is preferred - Experience with SalesForce and SAP is preferred Your role will involve maintaining a professional and cooperative approach with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. You will need to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to succeed in this position. Additionally, a willingness for domestic and international travel as needed, along with a valid driver's license and passport, is required.,
