Job Description

As the Screening Proposals AM / DM for the EAST region, your main responsibility is to prepare technical and commercial proposals for Screening solutions within the specified region. Your objective is to produce high-quality, competitive proposals that facilitate successful sales and project execution. You will support the SCB EAST Sales support teams and Capital Sales teams by coordinating the necessary support for proposals and developing complete technical and commercial offers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Screening Business Line Proposals documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Implement established Proposals processes and templates within the EAST region to improve and speed up the proposals process - Receive and review RFQs from Sales representatives, discuss equipment selection and specifications with support teams - Act as a central interface in communication with sales during the bidding stage - Coordinate supply options with SCB Operations teams across EAST region - Prepare cost calculations for offered equipment scope and maintain the final quotation document - Obtain MA legal advice and approval for tender documents - Prepare bid approval documentation for management approval - Maintain internal procedures and update global Salesforce database with proposal data - Attend internal/external meetings as required and support Sales during the sales process - Review draft orders for deviations from submitted proposals and report deviations - Organize internal Handover meetings with the SCB team involved once an order is accepted Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mining, or equivalent - Minimum 10-12 years experience in Sales, Engineering, Proposals Management, or Product Support roles for large project activities - Experience dealing with complex tender bids and associated documentation - Experience with Vibrating equipment preferred - Experience with SalesForce and SAP preferred Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of Mineral processing and associated equipment - Understanding of commercial and legal terms and conditions - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and plant layouts - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Fluent English proficiency required - Self-motivated and target-driven - Structured thinking and commitment to accuracy in calculations - Willingness to develop technical knowledge in mineral processing applications - Able to work effectively in a team and as an individual - Proficient in MS Office products - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (Note: Additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
