Job Description

Role: Payroll & Compliance Specialist

Experience: 9+ Years

Location: Gurugram, Normal Shift with Hybrid Model

Type: 12 Months Contract (Fixed Contract)

Non Negotiables Skills:

Entire Payroll cycle including inputs & Compilation Statutory Compliance.
Labour Law Compliance.
Compliances at the time of opening new office (S&E, CLRA, ESI Registration, PF Registration LWF etc).
Quarterly returns like ER1.
Half Year / Annual Retunes like Maternity, Payment of Bonus, Equal Opportunity, POSH, Minimum Wages.
Have you ever handled Statutory Audit and Payroll Annual Audit with third party auditors.
Employee Queries related to Payroll and Compliance Stakeholder Management Excellent Communications.
