Job Summary:

As the Alloy Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire alloy production operations, ensuring the production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are achieved. You will lead a team of technicians and operators, coordinate with R&D and quality departments, and continuously improve production processes to support our company’s growth and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily alloy production operations, ensuring efficient and timely output while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and supervise the production team, including training, performance evaluation, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to optimize alloy formulations and production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Science (BSc/MSc), preferably in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields.
• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in alloy production or metal manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of alloy production processes, metal properties, and quality control techniques.
• Experience managing production teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
