HR Recruiter

An HR Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle of talent acquisition, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. They work with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. 2. Sourcing Candidates:

• Utilize various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to source candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.

3. Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

4. Managing the Hiring Process:

• Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

5. Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:

• Provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
