Role Overview

Alliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and manage strategic alliances with developers, brokers, corporates, and service providers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships

  with external stakeholders through structured and regular engagements.
• Act as a

  bridge between internal teams and external partners

  , ensuring alignment of objectives, smooth communication, and timely delivery of commitments.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, MoUs, and partnership terms.
• Track performance of alliances against defined KPIs and present regular reviews to management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities in real estate and allied sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in alliance management, business development, or stakeholder engagement (real estate or allied industries preferred).
• Proven ability to

  manage relationships and hold regular stakeholder engagements

  .
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively interface between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, networking abilities, and execution focus.
