1. Build and manage partnerships with mid-to-large enterprises for HRMS adoption by engaging HR leaders, CFOs, and CXOs.
2. Onboard HR consultants, payroll agencies, staffing firms, and CAs with revenue-sharing and incentive models.
3. Identify and execute integrations with fin techs, ERPs, payroll processors, and neo-banks for co-selling and bundled solutions.
4. Generate enterprise leads through partnerships and direct sales channels to achieve revenue and growth targets.
5. Co-create campaigns, webinars, and events with partners while representing Brand at HR and Tech forums.
