Job Title: Alliance Manager Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Exp : 10 Years Budget: 12 L Alliance Manager · We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager to join our team. The Alliance Manager will be responsible for meeting with solution partners, ERP partners, and value-add partners across India, with the goal of generating new business opportunities through these partnerships. Responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with key solution partners, ERP partners, and value-add partners across India. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and continuously identify opportunities to grow the partnership. · Work closely with partners to understand their businesses and how our company's offerings can benefit their clients. · Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including joint marketing campaigns and joint sales activities. · Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our company's products and services. · Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing communication and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. · Work with the sales team to ensure that enquiries are generated through the partner network, and that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on. · Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential new partners. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. · Proven experience in alliance management or business development, preferably in the technology industry. · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. · Fluent in multiple languages, including English and at least one Indian language. · Understanding of ERP solutions and their implementation would be an added advantage. · If you meet the requirements for this position and are passionate about developing partnerships and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.
