Job Description

The Alliance Manager will have a crucial role in driving growth and fostering partnerships for our Sampling as a Service business. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strategic alliances with D2C Brands to facilitate targeted sampling campaigns effectively. In terms of Business Development, you will be tasked with identifying and onboarding D2C Brands as key strategic partners. Additionally, you will need to design and implement partnership strategies, encompassing co-marketing activities and collaborative promotions, while also overseeing the negotiation and management of partnership agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives. Regarding Relationship Management, you will be expected to establish and maintain strong connections with pivotal decision-makers at partner D2C Brands. Providing continuous support and value to partners, as well as fostering a conducive and mutually beneficial environment for growth, will be essential. For Campaign Management, your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to devise and execute targeted sampling campaigns tailored to partner requirements. Monitoring campaign performance, offering insights for optimization, and ensuring the punctual delivery of samples in accordance with campaign schedules will be critical tasks. In the realm of Data Analysis and Reporting, you will analyze campaign data to evaluate ROI and identify trends. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive reports to be shared with partners and internal stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights to shape future partnership strategies. Market Research will be another significant aspect of your role, necessitating staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Conducting market research to pinpoint new partnership prospects and target segments will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in business development or alliance management, particularly within the D2C or consumer goods sector, is preferred. A sound grasp of sampling strategies and their impact on brand awareness and sales, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting, coupled with a passion for the D2C industry and a motivation to establish successful partnerships, will be key attributes for success in this role.,
