Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator at our company, your role will involve sharing client job requirements with vendor partners, coordinating and following up with vendors to ensure timely candidate submissions, and building strong relationships with vendor partners. You will also be responsible for tracking submissions, maintaining accurate records of candidate pipelines, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on role status and vendor performance, and supporting process improvements in vendor coordination and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: - Share client job requirements with vendor partners through approved channels. - Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely candidate submissions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners. - Track submissions and maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines. - Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on role status and vendor performance. - Support process improvements in vendor coordination and recruitment operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, vendor management, or alliances. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. - Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite for reporting and tracking.
