Alcohol Beverage Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Alcoholic Beverages Division in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the alcohol industry and will support sales operations, client servicing, and coordination with distributors, retail partners, and internal teams.

This role is well-suited for a motivated professional who understands the premium beverage market and wants to build a long-term career in sales and brand operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication with distributors, retailers, and partners across India.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, order tracking sheets, and inventory updates.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and promotional plans for vodka and other alcoholic beverage products.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support marketing activities, including product launches, tasting events, and trade shows.
• Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to streamline operations.
• Collect and analyze market insights and competitor activity to support sales strategy adjustments.

Requirements:

• Age: 27–35 years
• Location: Based in Mumbai (onsite role)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, preferably in vodka, spirits, or premium liquor brands
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Availability: Must be open to domestic travel for client meetings and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,720.00 - ₹53,400.00 per month
