Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day business activities of the CEO. This role requires close collaboration with the CEO on sales coordination, client communication, and operational follow-up. The position offers long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to evolve into a Chief Executive Officer Assistant role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in managing and coordinating sales-related activities, client correspondence, and business development follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and presentations.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, business trips, and client visits within India.
  • Track ongoing projects, client communications, and ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the CEO.
  • Support internal coordination between departments (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and documentation in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for new business initiatives and proposals.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and industry events when required.

Requirements:

  • Age: 30–40 years
  • Location: Must be based in Mumbai (preferably near to Powai)
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in sales coordination, executive assistance, or business operations support
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic CRM tools
  • Availability to Travel: Must be able to travel within India as required for business meetings and exhibitions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹53,400.00 - ₹58,740.00 per month
