  • The roleis responsible for overseeing the strategic development, sales, and business relationships with stand-alone modern trade chain accounts across the country.
  • This role be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational processes for modern trade channels.
  • This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales, supply chain, and merchandising strategies.

What are the Key Deliverables in this role

  • This is a cross-customer role within the eCommerce team with the mandate of improving availability across all customers.
  • Best-in-class on-shelf availability across customers is the most important moat in building an eCommerce business.
  • Doing it for a portfolio with a high degree of complexity 150+ Customer DCs, 20000 SKU-DC combinations, 300 SKUs+ customers requires a high degree of analytical skills and collaborations with multiple teams involved: Key Account Management, Customer Supply team, Supply Planning and Customer Service teams

Digital & MDM Partnership

Own the partnership with Digital team on various projects: EDI, Centralization, Pooling, Low Shelf Life, RCA

Supply Control Tower

Liaise with planning teams on forecast and stock coverage. Build early warning systems to mitigate loss & stock ageing

Supply Scorecard

Lead tracking of supply KPIs and work with customers for improvement: Fill Rate, Lead Time, Recon, Unloading time..

Voice of Customer Supply

Be the voice of customer internally to improve processes in service. Lead WBR with customer teams

Key Account Team Partnership

Develop scorecards that help KAM teams in driving negotiations with customers to improve availability

NPD Hypercare

NPDs form an important pillar of growth. Work with CMM & KAM teams to drive execution and resolve any issues.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role

  • Bachelors/Master s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce/supply, preferably in FMCG with a mix of customer service/business roles
  • Strong analytics and excel skills.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role

  • Brings energy in execution and can tackle ambiguous problems
  • Track record of delivering impact in fast paced environments before
  • Would prefer candidates who have worked in eCommerce in either retail or brand side
