Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist to drive the design,

execution, and optimization of personalized customer journeys. In this role, you will work closely

with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless journey orchestration, enhance personalization,

and support the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), ensuring

alignment with top-priority use cases.

• Support the migration of journeys from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to AJO,

enhancing personalization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media data sources and optimize

media audience targeting across platforms.

• Provide hands-on training to internal teams and agency partners on journey orchestration,

testing, and optimization.

• Monitor and analyze journey performance, making adjustments to improve

personalization and effectiveness.

• Ensure that all journeys are aligned with business goals and customer engagement

strategies.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and journey orchestration.

• Proven experience in migrating journeys from SFMC to AJO.

• Strong knowledge of personalization strategies and customer-driven communications.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.
