About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Stack Specialist with strong expertise across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer experience solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Adobe’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage solutions across AJO, AEP, and AEM Assets.
• Integrate Adobe solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistent customer experiences.
• Develop and manage personalized customer journeys using AJO for real-time engagement.
• Maintain and optimize AEM Assets to ensure brand consistency and asset management efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, analytics, and IT to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns and processes.
• Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud product updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with AJO, AEP, and AEM Assets.
• Strong understanding of customer data management, personalization strategies, and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience with integrations between Adobe solutions and external platforms (CRM, analytics, marketing automation tools, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
