Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify potential B2B clients through strategic research and outreach Pipeline Management : Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups Lead Nurturing : Build relationships with leads through regular communication, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions Lead Conversion : Close deals and onboard new clients, contributing directly to revenue growth Tools : Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-gen tools effectively Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in B2B lead generation (6 months – 1 year, internship experience counts) Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and research Excellent verbal & written communication skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
