Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Security Officer located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Senior Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of security protocols, conducting regular security assessments, managing incident response procedures, and ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations. The role involves coordinating with various security teams, conducting training sessions, and preparing detailed security reports. The position is critical to maintaining a safe and secure environment for airline operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in security management, surveillance, and threat assessment
• Knowledge of aviation security regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Crisis management and incident response experience
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as AVSEC (Aviation Security), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or similar are a plus
