Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

A Technical Trainer is responsible for educating employees, students, or clients about specific technologies (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, IOT, Drone), tools, or software.

Their role includes designing training programs, delivering sessions, and ensuring learners gain practical knowledge.

1. Training Program Development & Delivery
2. Assessing & Evaluating Learners

  • Develop quizzes, assessments, and projects to measure learner progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Track and report training effectiveness through performance metrics.

3. Supporting Learners

  • Address trainee questions and clarify complex concepts.
  • Offer one-on-one mentoring or additional learning resources when needed.
  • Motivate and encourage learners to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.

4. Staying Updated with Industry Trends

  • Keep up with new technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Obtain relevant certifications and attend industry workshops or webinars.

5. Collaborating with Teams & Management

  • Work with HR, project managers, or leadership teams to align training with company goals.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve future training sessions.
  • Assist in on boarding new candidates with technical training programs.

6. Managing Training Tools & Platforms

  • Use Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Leverage virtual training tools such as Google Meet Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
  • Develop online courses, recorded lectures, and interactive modules.

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, IOT, Drone), tools, and programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with software, hardware, or IT systems (depending on the field).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

2. Teaching & Training Skills

  • Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable terms.
  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
  • Understanding of different learning styles and how to engage learners effectively.

3. Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both beginners and advanced learners.
  • Active listening skills to address trainee concerns.

4. Adaptability & Continuous Learning

  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Ability to adapt training programs based on new advancements.

5. Presentation & Public Speaking

  • Confidence in delivering engaging presentations.
  • Ability to use visual aids, demonstrations, and interactive methods effectively.

6. Hands-on & Practical Training Abilities

  • Experience with live demonstrations, simulations, and real-world applications.
  • Ability to create practical exercises and projects for learners.

7. Assessment & Feedback Skills

  • Capability to design quizzes, assignments, and exams to measure progress.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to improve trainee performance.

8. Interpersonal & Leadership Skills

  • Patience and empathy while dealing with learners at different levels.
  • Motivational skills to inspire and encourage continuous learning.
  • Team collaboration skills, especially in corporate training environments.

9. Technical Writing & Documentation

  • Ability to create training manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Experience in developing e-learning materials and online courses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
