About the Role: We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to Design, Develop and architect, lead, and deliver advanced Gen AI and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Generative AI, Agentic AI, solution planning and AI product development strategy along with a proven ability to work with technical teams and manage scalable, production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Gen AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI,AutoGen, and Advanced RAG implementation techniques Drive AI product development strategy and solution planning, code reviews, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders and integrate AI solutionsinto product and service. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Design, Develop and optimize prompt engineering pipelines and model finetuning Involve in model deployment and productionizing of AI products, ensuring robust CI/CD,security, and scalability Architect model pipelines and leverage Vector DBs, Graph DBs, and BigData platforms and databases Leverage multi-cloud services from Azure, AWS, GCP models for deployment, scalability, and resilience Ensure delivery of high-quality AI solutions through model benchmarking, governance, and best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities Mentor and lead junior/mid-level AI engineers and data scientists Must-Have Technical Skills: Core AI Gen AI, LLMs, Agentic AI with LangChain, CrewAI and AutoGen Advanced RAG, Prompting, Chain of Thoughts Knowledge Graph design and implementation Python and SQL Solutioning Solution planning and AI product strategy AI model pipeline development and CI/CD implementation AI product development and deployment strategy Databases Vector DBs, Graph DBs, BigData platforms Cloud Integration Azure, AWS, GCP models Cloud-native deployment of AI products across multi-cloud environments Others Classic ML and NLPmodel development and Computer Vision Web Scraping Streamlit for prototyping and dashboards Model benchmarking and governance Good-to-Have / Domain Experience: Knowledge of AI Governance, Secure AI, Ethical AI Compliance Experience with ETL data pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Time Series Models Domain exposure in Healthcare, Automotive, Retail, and Oil C Gas Show more Show less
